lunch today was so nice and light and just… SO DAMN NUTRITIOUS asdfghjkltwo boiled eggs with a salad of tuna, spinach, fine asparagus, cherry tomatoes and coriander. With pumpkin seeds and ryvita crackers. Seasoned with some lemon and black pepper ;)

Weight !

..When I feel stressed, my weight is increasing. Last week I have 132 lbs (60 kgs) again. This week I have 130 lbs (59 kgs). Thanks God! But I’m not satisfied.. Before Christmas I have almost 123 lbs (56 kgs). I don’t wanna be fat like before.
